Settlement Farm is one of New England's premier boarding facilities. We are centrally located in Townsend, Massachusetts. The farm was established in 1995.

We offer many amenities including a 70X200 mirrored indoor arena, a 100X250 outdoor - both with

superior footing, two barns with 29 stalls - one heated with automatic waterers. All stalls are matted and over bedded.

18 turnout paddocks with safe three rail fencing.

Individual lockers for boarders and an oversized tack/viewing room with refrigerator, microwave and

vending machine. Bathroom and washing machine in smaller barn.

Training with Dot Demis, USDF bronze, silver, and gold medalist and USEF 'r' dressage judge and

'R' candidate.

Outside trainers welcome with liability insurance and license.

Friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
